This immersive cooking class is designed to bring people together through food. You'll learn the techniques, stories, and flavor-building principles behind some of Chef Bruja's favorite Caribbean-inspired dishes while working alongside fellow guests in a fun and welcoming environment.

The experience begins with a thoughtfully curated welcome course featuring a Roasted Mushroom/Vegetable & Scotch Bonnet Broth paired with a Crispy Yuca Croquette with Charred Scallion Crema to cleanse the palate before cooking.

From there, you'll help prepare elements of a beautifully composed family-style Caribbean feast, learning practical skills you can recreate in your own kitchen. Together, we'll explore seasoning, balancing flavors, layering textures, and presenting dishes with intention. Do not feel pressured to make everything perfect; this class is meant to be just as fun as it is educational. That’s what we are here for.

These plates will be taken home to enjoy, as Chef Bruja and her team have prepared the family meal for everyone.
